1. What CrediFlow does
CrediFlow is a document generation platform for self-employed and informal-economy workers. We produce professionally formatted documents — pay stubs, income letters, profit & loss statements, and similar records — from the information you provide, and cryptographically sign each document so a third party can verify it was generated by CrediFlow and has not been altered.
2. Your certification & responsibility
At checkout you must certify, under penalty of perjury, that the information you submit is true, accurate, and complete. You accept full personal responsibility for the accuracy of every field on every document you generate. Submitting false information to obtain housing, credit, or government benefits may constitute fraud under state and federal law.
3. Refunds
Because documents are generated and signed immediately after payment, all sales are final. If a document was generated with an error caused by CrediFlow (not by inaccurate data you provided), contact support and we will regenerate it at no cost.
4. Immutability
Once generated, documents cannot be edited. If your information changes, you may generate a new document. Historical records are retained for 7 years per our retention policy.
